What to Expect
Dr. Eve’s provides her chiropractic services at Clinique Chiropratique Lachine in a historical area. The relaxing athmosphere of the clinic will put you at ease from the moment you arrive. You’ll be greeted and given an intake form to complete. We look forward to discussing your goals and customizing your program of care to your needs!
Dr. Eve will explain your results and answer any questions you may have.
Your First Visit
The purpose of the first visit is to discuss your health goals and to see how chiropractic can help you. If we feel the problem is outside our scope of expertise, we’ll let you know immediately. If it looks promising, a thorough examination will help us to determine the cause and extent of your problem.
You’ll meet with Dr. Eve for 60 minutes. She’ll complete a thorough consultation and examination to understand the nature of your problem and how best to help you. If X-rays are necessary, we work with a facility that has convenient hours that sends us the images and a radiology report an hour after they’re completed.
You can also bring in any X-rays that have been recently taken.
The Report of Findings
The next visits with Dr. Eve are broken up into two parts. During the first one, you’ll discuss what she has found and a plan that is appropriate to achieve your health goals.
At the second appointment, you’ll discuss your program of care and payment options so that you know exactly what to expect. We’ll then continue according to your individualized program, completing regular assessments along the way and changing or adapting the plan as needed.
